Acquisitions Manager
As the Acquisitions Manager at Good Vibes Investments, Phil is always looking for the next big opportunities in apartment investments! He is numbers-driven and dedicated to maximizing value and enhancing our investors’ portfolios. He grew up in Austin, Texas and now resides in San Marcos, Texas with his wife, Stephanie and 2 children. When he’s not unlocking new investment opportunities for our investors, you’ll find Phil embracing the great outdoors – fishing, hunting, scaling mountains, or golfing.
Will Rugeley
Investor Relations
Will oversees Investor Relations at Good Vibes Investments. He specializes in fostering relationships by bringing investors and opportunities together through transparent communication and valuable insights into our apartment investment strategies. He was raised in Wimberley, Texas and currently lives in New Braunfels, Texas with his wife, Courtney and his Frenchie, Daisy. Outside of work, Will is a man of diverse interests – you might catch him busting a move on the dance floor, cheering for his favorite football team, nose-deep in a good book, or golfing.
